The scope of civil works included ceramic floor and wall tiling with grouting, terrazzo flooring and skirting works, hollow and solid block masonry works with accessories and curing, internal plastering works, steel reinforcement fixing, formwork including de-shuttering, and concrete casting with proper curing. All works were executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
